After the reservation: cancellation policies

Payment & cancellation policy
No reservation will be considered as firm and final until a down payment is received. If at expiry of the option no payment is received, the reservation will be considered as cancelled by the client. Port Chambly reserves the right to cancel a partly paid booking in case full amount is not settled in time and the down payment could be retained as cancellation fees.

Online bookings with online payments are considered as firm bookings. They will be handled in priority. The system will automatically generate an e-mail sent to the address entered on the booking form, containing all details of the booking, as soon as the payment transaction has been validated by the banks .

The final confirmation will however be sent by a human operator upon the following working day; unless clearance is not received from the bank.

Cancellations made 2 months or more before arrival date (61 days or more) no charge
Cancellations or amendments made 2 months or less before arrival date (60 days or less) full length of stay or reduced nights
Rest of the year cancellation fee
Cancellations made 21 days or more before arrival date no charge
Cancellations made between 4 and 10 days before arrival date 50% of stay or cancelled nights charged
Cancellations or amendments made 4 days or less before arrival date full length of stay or reduced nights
No-show full length of stay
